Privacy Policy

REV9 is a software service for local business owners and authorized managers who want to understand and improve their Google Business Profile from one clear workspace.

Information you provide directly: information you submit when creating or using an REV9 account, contacting support, or using REV9 tools.

Google Account and OAuth information: account identifiers and authorization information returned when you connect Google through OAuth. REV9 does not receive your Google password.

Google Business Profile data: profile, location, business information, services, categories, photos, reviews, posts, media, and relevant activity that you explicitly authorize REV9 to access through available Google APIs.

Technical and usage information: basic information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the application, where applicable.

REV9 only accesses Google data after you explicitly authorize access through Google OAuth. Access is limited to the permissions and scopes you grant, and you can revoke that access through your Google Account at any time.

Google Business Profile data is used only to provide the REV9 features described in this policy: retrieving profile and location information, analyzing profile completeness and quality, generating a Profile Health Score, identifying issues and recommendations, displaying authorized reviews and relevant activity, and preparing or performing supported profile-management actions you request.

REV9 may perform supported actions only when you authorize them and the relevant Google permissions allow them. REV9 does not own or control your Google Business Profile; your relationship with Google and your authority over the profile remain yours.

Profile data may be processed by AI systems to generate scores, analysis, summaries, recommendations, and drafts. AI recommendations are informational and may not always be perfect. REV9 does not determine or reproduce Google’s actual ranking algorithm.

REV9 does not sell user data. Data may be shared only with service providers or processors where necessary to operate REV9, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, or AI processing providers, subject to applicable agreements and data protection requirements.

REV9 retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The appropriate retention period can vary by the type of information and the reason it is retained.

REV9 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can disconnect your Google Business Profile from REV9, revoke REV9’s access from your Google Account, and request deletion of your REV9 account or data. Removing Google authorization prevents future access but does not automatically delete information already stored by REV9; you may request deletion separately.

You may request account or data deletion through the Contact link below. If REV9 provides an in-app deletion method, you may also use that method. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.

REV9 is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

REV9 may update this policy when its service, integrations, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest version.
