By accessing or using REV9, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use REV9.

REV9 provides tools for analyzing and managing Google Business Profiles and related business utilities, including profile insights, recommendations, drafts, and supported actions.

You must be at least 18 and have authority to manage any Google Business Profile you connect. You may use REV9 only for profiles you own or are authorized to manage.

Some REV9 functionality requires Google OAuth authorization. REV9 does not receive your Google password. You may revoke Google access at any time, although doing so may prevent connected features from working.

You are responsible for your account information, content you submit, the accuracy of information you publish, having the permissions needed to manage connected profiles, and complying with Google Business Profile policies and applicable law.

Profile Health Scores are REV9’s own product analysis and are not official Google scores. Recommendations are informational. REV9 does not know or reproduce Google’s confidential ranking algorithm, and recommendations do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, or other business results.

Actions requested through REV9 may update a connected Google Business Profile when permitted by Google APIs and your authorization. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving information you choose to publish or modify.

REV9 is an independent service and is not Google, Google Business Profile, or an official Google product. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks or services of Google where applicable. Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies.

You may not use REV9 for unauthorized account access, impersonation, false or misleading business information, manipulation or fraud, abusive API use, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass product or security restrictions.

REV9 and its software, branding, content, and service design are owned by or licensed to REV9 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

REV9 may depend on Google APIs and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, policies, availability limits, and data practices. REV9 is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Features may change, be discontinued, or be unavailable from time to time. Availability may depend on Google APIs or other third-party services, maintenance, network conditions, or circumstances outside REV9’s control.

REV9 may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using REV9 at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, REV9 is provided on an as-available basis. REV9 does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, REV9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold REV9 harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your lack of authority to manage a connected profile.

REV9 may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The governing law and venue for these Terms will be identified when configured for REV9.
